Welcome to the second exhibition of The Art of Democracy which expands upon our first exhibition celebrating The Art of Democracy in America at 250. We invite contributors to move us beyond America at 250 by creating visual art that inspires a future consistent with the evolving themes and aspirations of democracy, such as freedom, equity, justice and the constitutional right to vote.

In addition, we invite visual art that is inspired by, and responds to, the poetry in the current exhibition on our website (“Inverse/Reverse Ekphrasis”)

The Art of Democracy is a non-partisan online art gallery. In this call for art, we seek original visual art by a diverse range of established and emerging artists living across the United States.
